Happy Holidays from the National Council!

by Rebecca Farley on December 15, 2011

2011 has been a difficult year for protecting behavioral health funding – but the National Council’s members have consistently stepped up to the plate to fight for the federal programs that support mental health and addictions treatment. And your work has paid off! To say thank you to our members for your hard work and advocacy, the National Council has created this special holiday song, written and sung for you by Laira Kolkin and Rebecca Farley, two members of our Public Policy Team. Enjoy your celebrations this season!

Read our most recent budget update to find out how drastic cuts to behavioral health funding were averted in the 2012 budget deal.
