Congresswoman Sue Myrick (R-NC) has signed on as a cosponsor to H.R. 6043, the Behavioral Health IT Act. This legislation would extend ﬁnancial incentives for the meaningful use of electronic health records to speciﬁed mental health and addiction treatment providers and facilities who are currently ineligible to receive the incentive payments.
